Give and it shall be given to you – a Biblical principle.
Worked a long time on this one to show
it in a more classical style. Explained to the audience
was that Jesus in the background is not judging,
he is waiting (because in the US culture, having one’s
arms across the chest means: closed off –
not so in other cultures.)
A hard thing to get over, if we have a hard time
making ends meet, that any little gift counts.
Jesus is in the background notices it,
and later he comes back to it, “She has given everything!”
So true, our gift depends on what we have.
Yesterday I saw of a video of a man with a big bag,
asking passers by, “Do you have a few (or two) dollars?”
Then, when the person opens their wallet, he opens his bag
and gives back a hundred times of what they gave.
Wow, wow, wow, but that exactly what God does.

Those birds are watching carefully for any food potentials 🙂
And I love that sunset – feathery, indeed

Aren’t we glad we are no birds? Who knows I’ll say the opposite when the food shortages are going to increase….!

Dear Janet, I saw your comment on the post I put back in draft, because I discovered it did not match up with the memes, O thank you, and I’ll comment on that one, when I re=publish that post. Is it getting hot where you live – here it’s going to be in the nineties for at least 12 days (predicted). Wished the ocean was here!!

This weekend and after we’re supposed to be in the 100’s so that’s hot enough for me. 🙂

Hello Keith thank you for your comment on the painting – and Corona Beach neighborhoods is where we liked to hang out in the weekend. I notice this is your 2nd comment this week, they all show up on my profile, but sometimes not on my blog – I wonder if I need to change something? Have a great weekend!

Things are not finite, many things are infinite or at least very expandable. Before I retired I was in a commercial job for years. I hated the standard negotiation of fixed value, you win/ I lose mentality. I was always like, how can we make the pie bigger for both us?

Have heard someone say (with a near death experience) – on earth we are set up with a debt system. You are never out of debt – sigh for most of us that is true.
